Job Description for Office Facilities Support:
- Arrange conference rooms, move furniture, conduct inspections, and ensure overall cleanliness and order.
- Deliver packages, respond to service requests, perform minor maintenance, and assist with inter-office moves.
- Set up and troubleshoot A/V equipment, educate staff on usage, and provide technical support for meetings.
Job Requirements for Office Facilities Support:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic office skills—think filling forms, tracking invoices, and handling work orders.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
