Job Details for Personal Injury Paralegal:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Fully in office.
• Pay Rate: Based on experience, $75k-$80k

Job Responsibilities & Description for Personal Injury Paralegal:
• Provide administrative support to the lawyer to enhance law office effectiveness.
• Communicate with clients, law offices, insurance adjusters, medical offices, and experts.
• Manage prelitigation and litigation matters from start to finish.
• Open and close files, including medical records, police reports, and other legal documents.
• Interact with and contact existing clients daily.
Job Requirements for Personal Injury Paralegal:
• Five years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in personal injury law
• Familiarity with New Jersey e-courts, N.J. court rules, and legal procedures.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and writtena PLUS
