Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Inglewood, California
Job Type: Direct Hire

Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state & federal environmental regulations.
Manage and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Audit, track, and improve operational performance, financial results, and efficiency.
Conduct and oversee safety training, facility inspections, and emergency response plans.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, accounting, and health & safety teams to optimize performance.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment while continuously improving plant operations.
What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in hazardous waste or related industries.
3+ years of management experience leading operations teams.
Strong knowledge of RCRA & DOT regulations related to waste transportation and processing.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong customer relationship & team-building skills.
Advanced math & science knowledge, with an emphasis on chemistry.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
