Job Description for Customer Service Logistics Schedulers:
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with customers via phone and email.
- Use Excel and internal systems to schedule, track, and update orders.
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues and communicate with different teams to resolve them.
Job Requirements for Customer Service Logistics Schedulers:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or admin preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, data entry systems, and email for communication.
