Program Coordinator Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm; Fully on-site
- Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour

Program Coordinator Job Description:
- Manage, plan, coordinate, and participate in activities for 20 new Angelos Scholars. This includes, but is not limited to, two weeks of FAP Bootcamp events and activities, as well as planning and managing activities thereafter. The Contractor shall also counsel and advise enrolled FAP law students, monitor the progress of Scholars preparing for the LSAT and entering law school, and assist with defining work tasks for FAP new hires.
- Manage the University’s March Angelos Gala, including communication with donors, speakers, and attendees, and planning event details as required by the University. Additionally, the Contractor shall plan and oversee the annual gala, including planning, promotion, and invitation processes with the UBalt Foundation.
- Monitor and advise FAP Fall 2025 entering class applicants in the Law School Admission Counsel Unite system. The Contractor shall also manage student email communications, data files, and records in Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and other data systems (Workday).
- Manage contracts, develop schedules, rosters, and referrals for the Princeton Review and Loyola Clinical Centers services. Additionally, the Contractor shall work with UBalt and HBCU Registrars and Bursar offices to enroll scholars as inter-institutional credits.

- Ability to navigate complex IT/data systems
- Ability to work well with an established team
