Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Night shift Monday-Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (4 days a week, rotating shifts)

Machine Operator Job Description:
- Inspect, adjust, and calibrate machines to maintain smooth operation
- Verify jars, labels, and caps to ensure correct product packaging
- Maintain a steady peanut butter flow by coordinating with the ingredient operator
- Document downtime, production details, and any issues during your shift
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all packaging and labeling is correct.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to assist in various areas of the plant when needed.
