Forklift Operator Job Details:
- Schedule: M-F 1st Shift starting at 6AM, with unlimited overtime.
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Forklift Operator Job Description:
- Receiving pick lists/invoices from the sales team.
- Collecting and preparing items for immediate loading (manual handling and forklift operation).
- Safely handling larger items such as sheetrock and lumber, following established safety protocols.
- Assisting with the loading of items onto company flatbeds or staging for customer pickup.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, including trash removal, sweeping, cleaning, and dusting during downtime.
- Participating in routine inventory counts to ensure accurate stock management.
Forklift Operator Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in warehousing or inventory operations.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in forklift operation with a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Capable of handling heavy materials and engaging in physically demanding tasks.
- Must be willing to undergo a Background Check and Drug Test.
