Job Details for: Extrusion Machine Operator
Schedule: 7:00am -7:00pm OR 7:00pm -7:00am – 3 days one week/4 days following week includes every other weekend
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $20.35
Job Responsibilities & Description for Extrusion Machine Operator:
-sampling for Quality checks
-watching rolls and checking for; correct width and height, correct gauge, abnormalities, no contaminants, specific customer requirements
-starting extruder without direct supervision
-changing rolls
-bubble size adjustment
-gauge adjustment
-gauge film sample
-screen pack changes
-die cleaning
-re-assembly and set-up
-screen pulling and cleaning
-paperwork including stamping of packaging and what codes mean
Job Requirements for:
Previous manufacturing experience/machine operator
Must Pass preemployment screening
