Position Title: Production Operator (US - Operator 1)
Location: Germantown, WI
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm or 3:00pm-11:30pm

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating products by weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials following standardized formulas.
- Operating and setting up processes such as blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, and filtration.
- Adhering to strict food safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Entering cold environments, including occasional entry into a -70°F freezer (PPE provided).
- Promoting safety awareness and using personal protective equipment at all times.
- Keeping your work area neat and clean while complying with all company safety policies.
What You Bring:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant production or food service experience preferred.
- Forklift Certification is a plus.
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as needed throughout the shift.
- Must be 18 years or older to work in a plant environment.
