Key Responsibilities:
Accurately manage shipping documentation and maintain records in the ERP system.
Prepare and process shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips with precision.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishments.
Communicate professionally with customers and carriers to address shipping inquiries.
Generate reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Assist with various administrative tasks related to logistics and inventory management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or logistics a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
Experience in shipping, inventory management, or administrative roles preferred.
