Your Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Tech you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, including:
- Mail & Office Support: Deliver packages, manage mail, and assist with general office duties.
- Conference Room Setup: Set up tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment, ensuring all items meet presentation standards.
- Facility Management: Conduct weekly building inspections, handle minor maintenance, and organize storage spaces.
- Customer Service Excellence: Educate team members on AV equipment use and respond to service requests with professionalism.
- Additional Duties: Flexibility is key as new tasks may be added during training.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- PC literacy and basic office skills (e.g., creating reports, tracking invoices).
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with extensive standing and walking throughout the day.
