Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Identify customer needs and explain products and services
- Enter and process customer orders
- Pull/Pack orders, keep shelves stocked, help with other departments as needed
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite) required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
