Dispatcher Job Details:
- Schedule: 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday; 8PM-5AM (Must be willing to work Overtime)
- Pay Rate: $20-25/hr based on experience
Dispatcher Job Description:
- Functioning as liaison between delivery drivers and Management
- Reviewing routing and routing changes daily to ensure maximum efficiencies
- Input all new customers including Geo-coding and route assignment
- Checking for email requests. Routing 25-32 routes. Printing reports for warehouse, and editing invoices.
- Providing maximum Customer Satisfaction by scheduling trucks to their location at the requested time and communicating with the Director of Transportation and other management as required
Dispatcher Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of current/recent Routing experience REQUIRED (Applicants without routing experience will not be considered for position)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook), AS 400 and RoadNet or similar routing software REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED
