We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for Admin Assistant and Call Center Representative roles in Baltimore County. These upcoming full-time positions offer a Monday to Friday, day shift schedule. Pay rates may very from $18-$20/hr.
Admin Assistant:
- Manage daily office operations
- Organize schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with general administrative tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
Call Center Representative:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
- Must have clear communication skills and a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Curren/Recent experience in office/admin or call center role is REQUIRED.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience taking high volume calls.
